Watering/Misting my Outdoor Grow?

Im getting ready to have an outdoor bed of cubes. Im transferring some colonized horse poo to an outdoor grow set. Im casing with a 3/4-1 inch layer of Jiffy Mix. Then placing a thin layer of straw on top to keep in more moisture. Im going to water it a little everyday that it doesnt rain. But once pins start do i still water the outdoor bed? Or do i just mist it? Or do neither until the fruits are picked, then water it good for the 2nd flush?

ive never done an indoor casing? Do i just keep it moist until pin set, then leave alone. Maybe give it a light misting around the pins to hydrate the casing? Then water well before 2nd pin set forms?

I don't water my casings once I have pins, but saturate them real good in between flushes. I don't know if that's conventional, but it works for me.

Keep it nice and Damp...not muddy....use a nozzle that has a Fine mist..

Once myc. starts taking over the top layer....stop spraying :thumbup:
