damnit, a question of concern

i just went up to move the box with my jars out of the room becaue i had believed it was getting too hot. i went to bring it out, and the temp read 95+, and that wasn't even mid-day. what is the temp that mycelium dies, 106? damnit, i'm pissed, i'm sure it's reached that before earlier this week as well. i need to do everything over probably and actually set up a regular incubator this time.

i don't think the temp ever got above 98, i couldn't have. today was the hottest day and it was at 96 by late afternoon. they could still be alright, right? i brought them out of the room and there sitting in 75 degree temp right now, but i'm buying a heater tomorrow and will put them in tomorrow, so it's only for the night. im' pissed

I got my temps up to around 110 once on accident and they turned out fine.

i marked a spot of white growth on the jar, to see if it will grow at all througout the next couple days. is there a way i can rehydrate them?

hmm, alright well that's reassuring  :thumbup:

i mean i don't think, even in the jars, the temp exceeded 100.  i'm putting them in a proper incubator tomorrow

there is a decent amount of condensation still in the jars, especially around the mycelium. i'm assuming this is a good sign, damn

does anyone else have a suggestion if it should be alright or not? i hate waiting to see what happens to them
