testing cyan strains

I have so pan cyan multipy spore innocultaions on agar, if i take a small piece of a fruit grown off agar one of these plates will this be a good fruiting strain for larger bulk poo grow?

it would be hard to tell but volunteer fruiting on agar is definetly a good sign

you can take any strains you do isolate and fruit them off cased grain to test again for productivity

well i was just planing on takeing the biggest agar fruit and droping part of it on a new plate...ill grow it out onto some poo in a oven bag then thest that against a mutiple spore bag...then take the biggest fruit from the multi batch an do it again for further comparison...

right on - the pan strains that fruit of agar are pretty vigourous (although i had one that fruited poorly).
My advice is inoculate with the agar below the fruit - but thats just my preference.

i cloned the biggest fruit, it was about 3inchs tall the cap was about nickel size..is that a pretty dessant fruit?
