Aborts or Patience?

Ok, so my koala's PF classic cakes are doing fairly well. Birthed cakes about 6 days ago. Have probably 100+ pins that are less than 2 cm, and ten to twenty that are 5+ cm. Several of the larger fruits are growing quite well...a noticible increase in size from day to day. However there are some that started growing, and seemed to have stopped. Should he wait a few more days to see if they a) grow or b) start turning black, or just pick em now? Also...what is average time from the pins showing up to having full size fruit?

Just wait. Pick them off at the first signs of blackness. You dont want to pick a shroom and find out later that it could have matured. You should be seeing mature fruits in about 7-14 days -- it really depends on your growth setup.
