I stopped a growing operation about 1 1/2 yrs ago and dumped about 10 jars full of mycelium next to my shed. Now, about 20ft away I have some mushrooms growning, next to a tree. The strain was Ecuador, what do you think?

The stems feel hollow and the gills are totally white if that helps any, I dont think they have any spores yet, or they already let them go.

Ok, here are some differnt ones I just found. They are growing right next to a dead stump about 100-120ft downwind from where I dumped the mycelium. I just did a little reading and found that they should be brown and have blueish/brownish gills. These ones fit the description better for ecuador. These are also very small, probobly just over an inch, there are about a group of 30 or so.

Ok, I hope this is what your looking for:
Stem Color: White Cap Color: Tan, gets lighter towards the edges Gills: Greyish
Spore Print: Black, alittle of a blue shade
We have had rain pretty much all week, these just came up in the last few days. They are all short, maybe an inch or 2, in a group of 30 around a dead stump. They all look exactly the same as the pics. Suspicion of Ecuador. About 80% have broken veils.

They arnt bruised at all, but they also seem very immature. The viel is broken, so they probobly are bunk, but I'll keep an eye on they and see what happens.

Agreed,
The first ones are Amanitas, possibly deadly.
The second ones are Coprinus, not active, not worth eating.

Hey Dark5tar,
Did you stop your grow operation before you ever got any fruits or something?
