skinny shrooms

I know I've seen the answer to this somewhere... but what does it mean when your shrooms are growing really skinny? The ones growing off my casing are real skinny at the bottom and moderately slender all the way up. Thanks for the help!

too much CO2. fan more or get a bubbler, or maybe its just the strain. wish i could get that far in the growing process...
