hi i am growing extremely soon..my spores and grow kit are coming in the mail... i looked all over ur site but it doesnt say anything about grow kits just cakes and things... someone plz help me... (i have "PES Hawaiian" spores)
72-77 degrees
day 7 -- 6mins of light (about when the first shroom starts to grow)
day 8 -- 7mins of light
day 9 -- 8mins of light
day 10 -- 9mins of light
day 11 -- 10mins of light
day 12 -- 10mins of light
day 13 -- 10mins of light
day 14 -- 11mins of light
day 15 -- 12mins of light
day 16 -- 13mins of light
day 17 -- 13mins of light
day 18 -- 14mins of light
day 19 -- 15mins of light
day 20 - 15mins of light
day 21 -- check to see if its ready for a harvest, if not... 16mins a day until harvest is ready
(25watt light bulb; produces 215 lumens, about 2-5 feet away)
and then until day 7 i thought i would leave them in the dark in my closet (or until the first shroom starts to grow)

You are making this way too complicated. Place the grow kit in a room that gets indirect sunlight. Let the natural course of the sun's rotation provide all the light you need. That's about 12-14 hours of light.
That's it man. Quite worrying about something this small and enjoy your mushrooms, otherwise you'll end up hating this hobby.

do you think it would work if i put the growing kit in a plastic tub, and then i opened my window and set it just below were the light shines... i dont know if what i said just makes sence im wasted rofl

im not sure how the grow kits work but im sure the growkit shrooms grow in the same way others do.. you should do more research before you invest your money on something u know little about?

if you set it in front of your window the natural sunlight will be fine. and like agustin7 said, just don't worry bout it man, natural sunlight will do the trick.
