That's nifty. Did you grow them yourself or buy them?

That's really cool, I've been meaning to get some or even try growing some for a while, never seem to get around to it though. Any particular seeds you recommend?

bottle gourds, and the like. Look into them and see what shape you are looking for in the final product. There is a huge aray of varieties. Im looking into buying some african style gourds that grow a huge drum shape.

Last year i grew a flat style gourd thats about 6 inches deep and a foot across. That was the largest of them most ranged from 5 to 8 inches across.

Yo, I got a luffa gourd plant with about 10 huge gourds on it, its winter already and i'm waiting for them to change colour but they are still big fat and dark green. They have been hanging there for months now. I want to get the sponge out of them that can be used to clean yourself.

They are dying now, but the vine is still fruiting :o

The whole plant I grew to that size from seed in about 3 months halfway through summer and then it started fruiting. I think on the other side of the fence there are a lot more gourds.

I'm going to update my salvia thread soon also. The flowers are starting to develope fully.
