150 for 3 hrs is fine. Temp and time are related. The higher the temp, the less time. The standard recomendation for straw of 160 for an hour is roughly equivalent to 150 for 2 hrs. I wouldn't let it soak all night if I were you. It'll be soggy and anaerobic bacteria will proliferate in the water. Then again, I've had success with a batch or two that did just that, so, best of wishes if I didn't catch you in time.

PM me with any cultivation questions.

I just looked at my profile and realized I had a website at one point in time on geocities, it's not there anymore and I have no idea what I had on it. Anybody remember my website from several years aga? PM if so please.

the cleaner the better really.. in all mushie growing environments.. the less clean themore chance of it becoming well less clean..
biggest problem with oysters it seems is the bugs.. if you can keep them outa there you should be OK..
you can fruit them 2 or 3 times indoors.. some people only do it once.. im more into the two fruits and its out method.. it seems you get close to 75% from your first flush anyway..
cant wait to see pics
