Corrupt Vendors

I hope this is in the right section, it seemed appropriate. I have a question about what if anything a person can do after being burned by a vendor. After several contacts and attempted contacts with no results as far as receiving the product ordered, what is there left to do. Thanks for any help or suggestions,

Kudos to you for not mentioning the specific Vendor in a pulic forum.
What often seems like poor results from a Vendor, can many times be a simple to correct problem.
What you do next depends alot on what you've done so far.

First step would be to search the Vendors Name and see if there have been a lot of complaints about him/her that seem justfied.
I would also keep trying to contact the Vendor yourself to see if they can resolve or at least look into the problem.

It has been 2 months and I have e-mailed them several times. The one response I received said he was out of town and it would take him a week to restock. That was over a month ago. I am happy answer any more questions anyone has about my situation.

I bet it was Earths Tongue from the sounds of it, that place is bullshit, I made the early mistake of ordering from them took two months, I finally after 7 wks sent him email that I was reporting him to the Internet Fraud Beareau and I promptly recieved my package with the excuse of he was out of town for a while. j

Just another reason to stay within the Shroomery community for your purchases. If any of the vendors here pulled that on you, they wouldn't be here very long.

if you used your credit card to make a purchase, call your credit card company and ask for a chargeback. one you filed the claim with your bank, the vendor will be given a time frame to deliever product. if vendor fails to send you your product within the time frame, youll receive a full refund.
