Mystic River

I saw this movie last night...loved it. I've been meaning to watch it forever, because Tim Robbins and Sean Penn are 2 of my favorite actors, and I'm glad I finally got around to it. Anyone else seen this?

Thats the one where his daughter was murdered right?? I thought it was a decent movie too. I am Sam was a way better sean penn movie though.

I Am Sam...god I loved that movie. I cry everytime I watch it.

I thought Tim Robbins did such a great Boston accent. As a lifelong Masshole, it always annoys me when actors completely fuck up the Boston accent. I was impressed by his :yesnod:

I haven't seen I Am Sam. I didn't get much out of Mystic River... not because it sucked but because I kept seeing Shawn Penn and not the character he was playing; a problem for a lot of the big name actors is that you recognize the celebrity and not much else :crazy:

haha Blink I do the same thing, everytime I see an actor that played a memorable role I'm always thinking wtf is so and so doin there!
