 psychotic episodes and psychic breakthroughs

Ever since I was a kid I have been diagnosed w/a wide array of mental disorders. Since 18/19 I have been told that I have bipolar, borderline personality, paranoid schizophrenia, and delusional disorder. From my personal experience with psychotic episodes I am lead to believe that they may be psychic visions, and also different forms of ESP. Every episode seems to hold some importance to some unknown person (live or dead). Some contain clear messages. Some are very vague and don't seem to carry any message other than I am witnessing a power, whether it be mine or others I'm not sure. I also have unexplainable yet very strong emotional distress or happiness (from another person).
I am all for mind expansion and being as open minded as possible, after all anything is possible and we barely use our brain(s).
Are there any others who have any experience/knowledge about this, other than medical? I have done quite a bit of studying on varrious related topics. I also worked in the military intelligence (w/top secret security clearance) so I learned of many of our mental capabilities.
Any response would be appreciated....

What do your psychotic episodes usually consist of that makes you so sure they're something more?

Simply that many of them actually occured. Some to me but, mostly to others. I am very weary about the strong emotions which seem to be of the utmost importance to some unknown being. Chemical imbalance or ESP?  The most difficult part is that I, alone must figure it out. I am the one who senses it and could never convey it in complete respect of it's trueness.

There have been many, many gov. funded top secret mind research projects: Remote viewing (this one is huge and still very much in use), telepathy, visions into the future (pre-cognition),telekinetics, if you can imagine it then they have probably toyed w/it.

you said it, and many more. Remote viewing is a major war time defence. They have located underground bunkers, nuclear/biological weapons, dictator alliances, scud missiles in the Gulf, and the list goes on and on.

You have a very open mind. Normal people use about 10% of their brain but the "crazy" people (as the doctors put it) can be known to use more then 30% of their brain.

We cannot even imagine nor comprehend the full power of the mind. 10% is unsatisfactory. It is our brain we must learn how to use it. So many people take that for granted and choose to remain ignorant as if it were their appendix. They don't care about it unless they know that something is distinctively wrong with it. We must awaken to our own reality and escape the programmed reality in which we grew up. Infants use parts of their brain which we have been taught to ignore and shut down. It all comes down to politics; power-control, money.......corruption I say!

Not to burst your bubble, but psychotic episodes sometimes include delusions of being Godlike in some way. I speak from experience here. I once had the idea I was the "Chosen One".....

Thank you but I bursted that bubble long ago. I am but a humble man learning to use my mind to the best of my abilities. I must question everything to form my reality and then question it a million more times.
PS: I know what it means to be schizophrenic/psychotic, I live it daily. I am mearly attempting to make sense out of the commonly accepted "unknowable". For if we doubt ourselves then we will never truely prevail.

I aswell have had the idea i was the 'chosen one', and have had many psychotic delusions on high doses of psychedelics. Really, we are all the chosen one, because there only is one. Lots of far out delusions are just right around the corner from truth.

Yeah the 10% thing is a myth.
Evolution wouldn't have resulted in such large brains if they weren't all being used. 
Any human who can only use 10% of their brain will be barely functional, if they are even able to feed themselves. Think of diseases like Parkinson's or a stroke: they cause FAR less than 90% damage to the brain (in fact they probably only damage a few %) yet they result in MASSIVE system-wide loss of function.
