okay read a book called Fabric of the Cosmos. I believe it's by David Greene (i think i might have messed the name up w/ another author but search until Title). i think u'll like it... it's a lot about physics and quantum theories but really.. it's so well written that it really just opens u up to thinking about EVERYTHING.

Whats interesting is how there can be numerous solar systems with totaly different laws governing them, they dont need to fallow the rules we know here today, the galaxy can be donut shaped or twisted. Its mind boggeling.

i see many similarities in our body as we see the cosmos. From the atoms all the way t cells then to our organs all the way up to our body and our body to other bodies and so on and so fourth. Like who knows we are i imagine just this little peace of this larger being. Just like our body fights cancerus cells or fights colds. People can be and effect the larger whole.

I remember in my intro to Architectue (survey course) a couple of years ago, we watched this video, and i thought it was pretty cool.
Ive always remembered it... Its a great way to simply see the relationship and perspective of different scales, and how one can apply that to not only optics or something, but to life and the universe as well.

Pretty good eh, when you zoom in on an atom to say the size of a cathedral the solid matter inside would be the size of the 10 cent piece, the rest is empty space. The building blocks of solid matter are not solid at all.
I recommend this book a lot now
