Honey water question

How long is too long or how hot is too hot for honeywater? I think the tek I read says to boil for 30 min., but ever since afoaf got his pressure cooker he's been using it for everything. He pc'd honeywater at 10psi for 20 min, plus the time it takes to cool down on its own in the pc. Is that too much? What is ideal? Thanx.

I do mine at 15 psi for 30 minutes.

After 20 min@10 psi, foaf got alot of light brown crap at the bottom of his jars. As I understand it, this is normal and is carmelized sugar, right? Or is this a sign that I burned up my sugars? Thanx again puscle. :)
