Need to know best fruting method now.

I'll be using this method to innaculate and everything. My quesiton is once the jars are fully colonized I don't want to do a cake as this is my first grow and i'm nervous about contams entering. Would a PMP be the best way? What other options do I have for frutiing? How about the Neglect casing? Seems like you dont need the cleanest enviornment per say. thank you

you cant do cakes, you mean you dont want to do casing? i would say you should go with casing. Why did you use rye?

Cause rye has way more nuets. and colonizes faster. what is the best casing method with least Contams? thanks
