honeywater+brf+vrm as substrate

I was just wondering whether adding honey with the water used to mix the brf and verm substrate would work.
The ratio of water to honey is about 50:1.
Anyone ever try this successfully?

according to Stamets, using simple sugar to feed your shrooms will very likely decrease potency. honey should be used as a short-term colonization fertilizer, not as a prime food.
