Yes, I personally have tried it and my mushrooms were like 3x stronger than normal. I got sooooo fucked up.

And in case you couldn't tell by my extreme sarcasm, no, you will notice no noticably greater effects, you may end up feeling a bit of anger, but this is normal when you waste weed like that.

I have found that if you think it will make it better it will be better. But ultimatly its just your state of mind going into the trip. Lots of people do wierd shit to there shrooms, mabye its a way of personalizing them. Personaly I'd save it till you come down then smoke it :) .
