Ok first you people have got it all wrong. you are thinking races, not strains. It takes 2 spores to make a strain. In a regular 1/2 pint cake (cubie multispore innoc'd) you probably have 10 or more differnt strains, half of which is non fruiting.
Isolate a pure strain (cloning).ever wonderer why you can't quite get your cakes to be as splended as the ones at PF's website?thats cause he probably innocs with pure strains...
Anyways my favorite cubie RACEs include cambodian, B+, and PF's albinos are fun too...

Quote from Stamets: 'Most of the spores were brought back by travelers to Mexico, Guatemala, Ecuador, Colombia and the Amazon in the seventies. Hence, STRAINS carried the names of their origins, such as Amazonians, etc..'
I dont understand how chosing terminology ' strain vs. spore race' can make it all 'wrong' - You are splitting fucking hairs here!! Ryche got in a similar argument about this already, and according to Stamets the terminology is 'strain'...Although i do agree about multispore leading to multi 'strain, but for the purpose of this post, why bother with this??
