Getting sick form mush....

Alright this is a new one for me......my friend had about 3.5 grams of almost dry mush....i have not seen this first hand but he says after giving half of them to a friend he says after eating them his tounge turned green and he was sick all day... what could this be from or is he just BSing to not have to pay for his trip??????

Its sounds like a load of shit... Maybe, he neglected to mention how he also ate off meat that day...
