Pressure Cooking

i have been advised not to use the sanitize wash cycle on my washing machine so I am going to use my pressure cooker. How long do i have to cook the jars? Do i have to do it when the jars r empty then do it again with the substarte in it? How many jars can I do at once? Do i have to do it one at a time or can i just shove in as many that will fit? Thanks for all the help.

1. 20 min at 15PSI
2. No, just when they have substrate in them. However, hand wash and dry them first.
3. As many as will fit.
