Anyone here read "Laws of form"?

Has anyone here read and understood Spencer-Brown's book "Laws of form"? If yes, please let me know, I need someone to help me digest it. Thanks.

It is a mathematical book. Some consider it phylosophical, because the mathematics in it indicate the way appearences appear from Nothing. It is really strange to me that this work has never been either publicized or popularized... Alan Watts refers to it in some of his essays (most notably, if I can remember correctly, The Book).
