I get out of work in 1 hour and 25 minutes. In one hour and 45 minutes I'll be stoned too.

Nevermind. Its an area in SF, but I thought NYC had one also. Cheap hookers, cheap drugs, lots of crime, and a lot of low income housing. It also has the highest amount of homeless people in the city.
