so i go to my mom/brother/uncle's house yesterday, and the nieghbor was havin problems connectin to the net, and my DUMBASS uncle (who has a degree in some computer related field, workin with routers and such) and he couldnt fix it... so i was over there and he shows me the ms article that shows you how to fix it, and he was like "i did everything, but i couldnt figure this one out... and he points to where it says "point it to system_Drive_letter/windws/inf"
and says "i didnt know what "system drive letter was"... it was pathetic...
so i did it, took like 5 minutes, and karl, the nieghbor, was like "i'm payin ya" and i was like 'nah, you dont need to, it was easy, and brian (uncle) did all the work (he's a known dumbass by the way, and everyone told him not to let him touch it, he has problems checkin his email).. so he's all drunk, and is like, no nono..... and i was like 'i work for donations only, it's whatevver you think its worth... so i was showin him how i installed firefox and his son firefox, and how to get extensions, and showed him how fucked up his IE was (had google bar, real bar, yahoo bar, and no address bar) so after it was all over he's like "how's $50?" and i was like 'nah, that's way too high, really" so he's like "well,, your takin $35 then" and i was like "ok"
and the other hundo came from my mom, who was giving it to me for my b-day comin up... so now i'm buyin a gps

I have had two of those but always ended up selling them because I needed money. But that is a good model and inexpensive. You don't need anything fancier than that. It does everything you need. What have you been looking at?

im gettin this one
mainly because it has the map feature, and you hook it up to your pc, and get the maps (which i just downloaded all the us, and national forests).. so with the national forest maps i can use that for gatherings and such, as well as hiking and such... itd be nice to know how to get out of the forest...
