immediate help needed!

ok,i'm 93 hours, 21 minutes into growing puerto on agar. there are two different colonies growing. one is a milky white circle which developed faster than the others. it looks very dense, with kind of concentric rings.

the other type is this fuzzy looking white stuff with a dark center. the white strands radiate out and are not dark like the other colony i described. where i smeared the spores on, there are lots of similar fuzzy things, not as developed though. theyr'e not fuzzy in the fact they're growing out from the agar, but they are fuzzy looking as they grow through it.

PLEASE PM me, i think i need to cut one of these colonies out, but i don't know which one! and i want to do this ASAP before they grow together.....=..(...0

Hard to tell from your description, but none of it sounds good. Shroom mycelium looks cottony at first and pure white. Later it should show signs of sectoring. Sectoring looks like filiaments radiating away from the center like spokes on a bicycle wheel. Molds are white cottony growth with dark powdery centers (green, black, yellow) and mold can quickly contam your entire plate with spores. Bacteria and yeasts are non-fuzzy and look like drops of liquid or yogurt spilled on the plate. Both shroom mycelium and bacteria can have concentric circles.
