Those are some great lyrics, pity the actual song doesn't live up to them. You know what else has good lyrics? That Cradle of Filth song .."ghost in the fog" or something. I don't like the song but the lyrics are something special.

it's a great song, but the recording doesn't live up - phish's place has never been the studio, it pales in comparison to what the band is _live_ - the same goes for the grateful dead. many people compare phish and the dead's style, but they're both entirely unique, what they have in common is that they are LIVE - live, live, live, live.
i'm a bit touchy on that one, sorry, but that's the way i feel.
