What would really impress me is if you do some more drunk driving.  Yup.  That would show me.

two forties of steel reserve and some heineken and i'd just throw my damn keys out the window.

one time, i was drunk and my friend was sober..i let him drive and how ironic, the first time i hand over the keys and didn't drive drunk he ends up totaling my car.

about 3 months earlier i had gotten a DUI. that was just a pain in the ass. i even passed the field sobriety test with flying colors, but since i supposedly smelled of beer i got a breathalyzer test and i got popped. so i went to jail. that's just no fun man.

But you can kill people driving anyway. Why does it matter whether you're drunk or not?

People die everyday in sober driving accidents.

becuase you're like 80% MORE likely to get in an accident if you've been drinking. say somebody runs out in the road. if you're sober, you can think faster and slam the brakes. if you've been drinking, you're reaction time is affected, so you may not be able to slam the brakes soon enough.

Anyone who drives drunk needs a good ass kicking, seriously. A friend of mines brother went drunk driving and got into a head on collision. It put the other guy in a coma and its been two weeks and he is still in a coma. It's tearing my friend up, his family up because his brother is in jail. If the victim dies then his brother will be charged with vehicular homocide.

DON'T DRIVE WHEN YOU HAVE ALCOHOL IN YOUR SYSTEM. PERIOD. It's murder if you kill someone. Don't do it.

I got in a cop chase while totally hammered at 4am a few years ago....great rush but I wouldn't recommend it. Good thing I was driving a high performance muscle car. I don't normally drive drunk and that time I made the mistake and ended up almost paying big time. Now adays I try to always get a ride or cab. So many innocent people have died because of some jackass who decided to get behind the wheel drunk....so many gifted intelligent people who could have done something amazing for humanity have died before even seeing their 18th birthday.

Don't drive on antihistamines, decongestants, while stoned, while on blood pressure meds; don't drive if you're impaired by age (you'll know when to give up the keys), don't drive while talking on a cell phone, don't drive while distracted by a passenger, don't drive while you're distracted by the beautiful landscape out your window, don't drive while your thoughts are somewhere else other than the road and your responsibility to be alert at all times and caring for your fellow man's safety.

I couldn't sleep because it's always hard for me when I am drunk. I just need to stop drinking. I don't know how many times I have said that. Does that mean I have a problem? I know I can stop whenever I want to. I guess I drink because I am bored, not because I feel like I have to, so I guess I don't really have a problem. What really bothers me is I just remembered I ate that Jack in the Box. That really upsets me :frown: I guess when you don't have a job it's easy to just do whatever. Things will change though, just need to get on some kind of schedule....

Getting a job and going out and hiking realy got me to lay off the sauce and not get drunk every night. Maybe you need to find something to direct your energy towards besides drinking. Hiking, fishing, uhhh snowboarding or something.

I'm afraid of falling asleep drunk because the last time I did, I woke up to urine on my cordless phone base and effectively ruined it. Now I have to buy a new phone.
