ive heard everyone talk about useing some kinda rye with verm for substrait what kind was it and how can i make it perfected for substrait?

Organic rye can be ground and used in place of brf or you can just use organic rye with a pinch of gypsom and PC'ed at 15 psi for 45 minutes to one hour

have no pressure cookers :( any other way ? and what gypmson? :) is it really alot better then brown rice?

k great does it need to be steralized is that what the pc is used for with this? and if so can it just be microwaved like verm? ive never owned a pc i should go and find a cheap one soon. and do you nerd the gypsum stuff?

You can boil some substrates in a tightly sealed pot for one hour. Most whole grains cant be steam sterilized though.
