Too many cakes in my terrarium?
    #4253255 - 06/03/05 07:55 PM (13 years, 17 days ago)

I was wondering if I had too many cakes in my terrarium. The outside air is about 60 but I can't seem to get the air inside the container to get below 80. All cakes are fruiting except one, it started in the jar, pint jars, but now, nothing. Too small!?

have you got all the triggers: light, fresh air, and obviously not the temp drop? where is your rH at?
a little more info could help.
peace

if your air outside is 60 and air inside is 80, i don't understand why you can't get the temp to drop inside. cakes don't produce that much heat. are you fanning at all? you need to get fresh air in there, that would help drop the temp.
