    #4252286 - 06/03/05 03:27 PM (11 years, 6 months ago)

i would just like to say that i find ants infinetly fun to watch, and have done some basic home research on them.. If man hadnt of taken over earth ants surely would have.

so next time you are sittin outside smokin a joint or trippin check out the ants.. they are more entertaining then you could ever imagine

I think all insects are awesome. A couple weeks ago I was laying in my back yard just watching all the little creature go about their business; this is great for relaxing.

When I was younger I found out that if you pull their antenaes off they were like sensory deprived and would fight each other to the death.

I also have unresolved issues

When my brother was 8 or so,
he would pick ants up and tear them in half
and let them squirm around on the ground.

we never had to call pest control.

if ants were bigger, they would be unstoppable. They are always working..

on a side note and relating to small creature cruelty, the retarded kid on our street when we were little would catch those little green lizards and rip them in half down the longways by their mouth. never understood why. but it was really fun to play with their dismembered tails, flopping around and going crazy

I'm the crazy one in the family.
He's normal, even reserved. He doesn't smoke anything or drink.
I still think he was adopted, that quiet, normal thing doesn't run in our family.

Personally, I thought the movie was a bad ripoff of "A Bug's Life".

In another parallel universe, Ants might have won the game of evolution, and would look something like that planet on Starship troopers with overgrown mutant Hercules-spider-scorpion-ant-beetles.

If all those abductee reports of aliens from UFOs looking somewhat insectoid, are indeed accurate and non-fictional, then you could speculate that on their homeworld, the insects have prevalence.

I was smoking a cig outside a hospital the other day and watched some ants milking the sugar from aphids.

The ants were even protecting the aphids from ladybirds and other predators!

Pretty cool stuff
