HELP!!!!

I have 9 1/2 pint jars, most of which are 99% colonized with a b+ strain. i had inverted the jars to allow for air exchange, but today, on one of my jars 99% colonized, there is water build up on top (the bottom of the jar) and it is slightly brown. Is this contam, and if so, can i save my jar? thanks in advance.
