Hello could I get an ID on these mushrooms found in my yard? I had more pictures, but they came out like shit. Anyways, I will try to answer all of the questions except with no spore print. I am working on that atm and will be a while. Shroom1 And shroom2
And description : a. Habitat - Louisiana. 30 minutes from BR if that helps. This was found in my yard. b. Characteristics of the gills - Gills are tough to describe. Maybe a brownish color? c. Measurements of cap and stem. - These mushrooms around from 1 to 2 inch tops d. Characteristics of the stem - Light Light brown to brown. I believe they are hollow. e. Characteristics of the cap - Light Light brown - goldish/orangish color. Some spots go far as an off white. f. Spore print color - NA g. Color that the mushroom bruises - Seems a dark gray and on stem it bruises somewhat purple. h. Scent of mushroom - Almost smells exactly like the mushrooms you eat in a salad. Very mushroomy
Hope that helps, thank for the ID. I'm just curious if it's active or not. If this is not enough information I will try to give a spore print at a later time. Thanks for those that help.
