Question after Colo

Af wants to know if he is right on...

His jars are 80% colonized...
He just removed the tape to release the unwanted CO2. He then plans on taking them out of the closet when they turn 100% white. Of course out of direct light. After a week or so when they begin to pin he will put them in them in his terr. after taking them out of the jars? Is he right on? Thanks

they may or may not pin after a week..some strains dont pin invitro all that well..you are doing ok though..you dont need to wait for invitro pins..you can just birth them after a week of 100 percent colonization if you wanted..up to you though..
