Colonizing jars do not need that much circulation they should be filtered if using polyfill or tyvek or on pf jars by a layer of vermiculite, I have jars in a dusty closet and I dont get contams.

CO2 expulsion is needed, but not to any certain degree. I have always colonized my jars in my closet using a TiT with the lid closed and my jars colonize very quickly.

Forget about the air purifier, you'll be fine.
