myc blobs on brf cakes w/ pics

Hi, I'm using the pf tek with brf and I know it isn't the greatest method but right now I just want to succesfully fruit these cakes. After colonization, I dunked but didn't roll. Pinheads emerged and a few grew a few inches, but eventually they all stopped. So I dunked a second time and rolled as well and now I am getting weird myc blobs everywhere. Temps flucuate between 75 and 80 and the humidity is above 90% (my hygrometer says "hi humidity" when it is over 90%. I have the cakes in a rubbermaid with perlite, fanned 4 times a day and 12 hrs of light a day. Any replies would be great so I would if I was doing anything wrong.

I'm no expert, but those cakes look like they are dripping moisture to me...how much wetter could they be? I thought that myc growths like that indicated a very high humidity? For instance, sometimes if you have a good high humidity, you will have those fluffy clumps around the bases of the fruits.
I could be wrong, and tahoe is more experienced than I am. Just wondering though.

myce growth is is for high humidity but they mycelium needs to be knocked down. Hit them with a hand sprayer. 2 of the pics show drops on the cakes and the other 2 show very dry cakes. Almost like someone misted them between pics. Knock down the cottony mycelium pins form adbundantly on rhizomorphic mycelium

So weathereporter, how much did you get per cake? or over all? how many cakes did you grow? I've heard that each cake will grow about and 1/8 ounce of dry shrooms but I don't know if i should expect that?

hmmm, dry? I think that mic. explosion says plenty of humidity, needs more fanning. Either way, don't let that water sit on the mic. let it evaporate by increasing fanning and no misting till it's gone. I'm not steppin on your toes tahoe, just puttin' in my .02. It's habbit forming

I really regret missing the whole casing step. I had an idea however. I'm planning on putting a verm layer in the bottom of a tupperware and then places 4 cakes so they would make a consistant layer. They may have to be squished abit. Then topping it with another verm layer. Kinda like casing. Would this be a bad idea? Any suggestion would be great.
thanks

scratch that casing idea, the cakes are already pinning again. But they are only showing up on the bottom. I think the tops of the cakes are dry. Anybody know about injected water into the cake as onefunguy said?

I usually get 8 to 10 dry grams per cake...on the 1st flush.
6 to 8 dry grams...on the 2nd flush.
a couple grams...on the 3rd flush.
then toss em!~
