Does anyone have one of these?

Seems expensive but not really bad for the amount of weights it can replace.

Those are expensive as hell dude. Don't get those. You can get a nice set of adjustable dumbbells for less than half the price of those. Just shop around. Here's a site I found the other day that has some really good prices on home equipment --> www.fitnessblvd.com

If I were you I'd get a set of adjustable DBs with the screw-locks, so when you're doing over the head exercises the weight doesn't slip off and cause injury. Once you buy the set and you need more weight all you have to do then is buy more plates, which usually cost about $1/lb or less.

But seriously. Don't buy Bowflex. It's overpriced and overrated.

Yeah I ended up just getting some dumbbells from 15-35lbs to start. I absolutely despise having to adjust the weight every time I want to change so I refuse to get those things.
