Pruning
    #4244448 - 06/01/05 04:26 PM (12 years, 10 months ago)

Plants love to be properly pruned (try saying that five times fast).

Humans would love it too, but instead cling to all the excess baggage.

Better to have those suckers removed along with the dead branches. To be thinned is to see the light.

"plants love to be pruned? how do you know?"

Years of experience properly pruning plants and watching the results.

As a little boy I was pruned by a Rabbi.

They thrive with t. They will grow two to three more new branches and double to triple flower or fruit out put.

Imagine growing new proverbial branches and doubling or tripling your productive out put.

So pros, did you a grow a couple more penises?

Nature uses fire and storm to prune the tree and plant. In our lives pain and disaster are the same it seems.

Conscious pruning is way advanced. Psychedelics are very usefull. But everything seems to work at times. Mostly I want to avoid it, truth be told.

"Conscious pruning is way advanced"

I don't know exactly what you mean by that, but I do know it puts me in a meditative state. It's all about helping the plant to be healthy by removing what is "bad" (suckers, dead stuff, crossed branches, excessive growth). Kind of like a sculpture being about removing what doesn't belong. Part of it is shaping the plant to be aesthetically pleasing while maximizing health.

"Conscious pruning is way advanced"
Sometimes I'm not willing to make needed changes, that would be conscious pruning. Often I wait for storm and fire. :mushroom2:

No, but I have an unshakable fear of men wearing propeller beanies.

"I felt like crying, so I did"

I had a similar bad experience although it wasn't a rabbi. I must have cried too because it must have hurt like hell.

Are fewer people subjecting their young boys to this mutiliation nowadays?
