Theres a snake in my syringe...

...is what I first though. Then, a more educated guess told me that somehow the plunger mush have decided to let go of a strip of its black plastic. Now its floating around in my syringe with 7 1/2 CCs left in it. I figure its still sterile but what should I do? Should I take off the needle and try to shoot it out? Should I just leave it in there and be extra careful when innoculating jars? It must have came off when I shaked it.

Just keep inoculating...my guess is that it wont even get shot out through the needle...and if it does, its jsut a sterile piece of rubber....If its a snake..then well....Your shrooms will have tapeworm..hehe.
