damn i have a glass top stove and i never thought about it...i must have pc on top of it like 50+ times...never any trouble...i should look at the instructions...

A small 4 quart Presto PC might not harm one.
Maybe, not even an AA 910.

But, most glass top stoves warn about weight/size/heat-duration limits that can cause a fire/shock/breakage hazard :eek:

I would rather be safe, than sorry. On top of that - replacing the circuits, heating elements & top on one of those stoves can get spendy - fast.
