Black, could be contamintion?

I am not overly worried at this point but in two of my slow colonizing B+ jars there are little but visable sections of black. Not spreading at all, it almost looks like spores but is defently too big. I would just like to get opinions on what it could be. There is no bad smells and the jars are proceeding fine otherwise. Should I be worried, because i'm not.

Sounds like the same problem my fish were just having. For them it seems as if the black spots are now being overtaken by mycilium. So as far as my fish are concerned. Let it go and see what happens. If they had listened to half of the people here there would have 5 - 6 less jars... Just choose who you listen to and what you do afterwards......:o)

You would know by today if it's the dreaded, black pin mold. That shit spreads fast.

These spots arent growing at all but the mycellium surrounding it hasent decided to take it over.
