There are alot of buffalo nickels around. You should make sure yours is the same. Some aren't worth squat.

Well, I'm pretty sure that it is the same coin. I have spent the last several hours doing some research just to be sure, and am quite certain that i t is that one.

its a 1937 F. thats a 1937 D pci. not the exact same but still the same year

just looked at it a little closer, mines a 4 legged buffalo his is a 3 legged. o well ill hold on to it until i find out its worth something:shrug:

The D means that itwas printed in Detroit. The F...I am not sure. It stands for the print city, but I can't think of a F city besides Fargo and that's not it.

the F is right under 1937. i just found a D and E on the back, the D is under "five cents" the E is above "plurbus unum" wow im really confused:lol:

Don't sell it...atleast on Ebay. They get a good chunk of your money on the higher up bids.

PLUS it will be worth more in a few years anyway....Probably thousands more. Just hold out on it for an emergency.
