Help with what goes in syringe?

I just printed off the procedures to mind out how to grow your own and the only question i have is what goes in the Syringe during the inoculation time? Is it water or spores? If spores then where do i get the spores? PLEASE totally lost on that part. Want to try this weekend.

Man, you are lost, but you've come to the right place. A spore syringe is full of water and spores. Click on the ad banner at the top of this page. It aint gonna happen this weekend.

What kinda spore should i get, since i'm a beginner and all. Something that is more likely to grow and more tolerant of mistakes i may make?

They're all good. They're all tolerant. (within reason) That said, I'm rather fond of the Thai strains.
