i think your vermiculite is too thick. they look like freakin rocks. also, i think u should have added more BRF because i think that acts more like food that the verm will, imho. also your formula is lopsided, too much verm. in those pics, i didnt see any sign of growth. raising the temp will help, but i got some jars to germinate in a week at like 65-70 degs. next time... it's be a good idea to let the jars cool overnight. try, try again my friend.

use a magnifying glass .... i use the end of a cheap rifle scope, and it makes it very exciting

Agar said something that I tried and it's awesome.
Get two grades of verm. and mix them.
Thick and thin. They make the substrate Very airy, but not to the point where you have more holes of air than acual mass..

try making a liquid culture I allways see healthy growth from a culture.
