You have to click the full sized link. Then you have to make sure your browser is completely maximised. Hold your mouse over the pic and a box should pop up in the bottom right hand corner of the pic to click and make it full sized.
Or you could save the pics and open them in any paint program and find the option to make them "Actual Size" or "100%".

Jesus, I am the biggest HST freak...I got all drunk on Dickles the other night and got my girl to drive me to 4 gas stations all across town to find this mag...The last one had High Times but the damn GAME issue.
I am going out to buy it today...apparently it is out.
