It's A Wash
    #4222665 - 05/26/05 01:12 PM (18 years, 10 months ago)

So in life we come to learn that there are two sides to everything. Then a third side starts to present itself. Sometime after that, you also start seeing the top, bottom, left and right sides in addition to fronts and backs, into nooks and crannies and then an inside appears with a radical 360 view of the internal workings of it all.

Then inter-dimensional views unfold and soon, you start to see the hologram of the macro in the micro. From within the Kaleidoscope, there is no stance or one view on anything.

It's all a wash. It's all the same.

What then and why take a stance on anything?

How bout this one, "It all comes out in the wash" Great! The dirt came out of the shirt and its clean again. Where did the dirt go? It went somewhere and where ever it went, it made that dirty. So we pollute the crystal clear clean waters to clean the dirty shirts. Now we have pristine white shirts and dirty water.

It'll never all be clear or clean or pure until we make even the dirtiest of the dirt clear , clean and pure itself, by itself.

Don't you ever get tired of taking sides just to find out all of the other sides have value and merit in the big picture also?

If we clean everything in and with dirty is it really ever clean? We have to make the dirt something we see as clean then don't we?

Nothing new comes and nothing old goes away. We just move stuff around. All day long, we just keep reorganizing and rearranging the stuff that is.

We spend time and energy to move energy around in time.

It looks ridiculous and hysterical and insane. Why do we do this?

I see it as if we are given a bunch of raw materials and were set up with a challenge to see what we could make and create with it all.

What happens if I move a carrot from the garden to this pot of boiling water? What happens when I move this now mushy carrot into someones mouth? And on and on it goes.

Are we the scientists of life experimenting with raw energy or are we more like the Guinea pigs of a greater scientists experimenting?

What happens when I put this human in the path of that human? What happens when I put this virus into that gene? What happens when I take that humans money away? What happens when I give this human a lottery winning?

Well, that was my lunch for today. Some will see dirt in it and want to clean it, but where will they put the dirt? Some will see parts out of place and want to rearrange it. Why is one place better then another for it? Why even bother?

Are you just a scientist experimenting with the energy or are you and I Guinea pigs of a greater scientists who wants to see what happens when I type these words on a message board.

Or is it both, are you and I both?

The next time you take the garbage out of your house, realize you are just trashing some place else, unless it is being recycled. How did something so useful and wanted at one point become disposal trash at another anyway. Someday, when it all becomes trash, we will just have to clean and recycle it all. Who decided it was trash in the first place with no use?

I'm speaking metaphorically of course.

Is the challenge to see it all as being clean and pure?
Is the challenge to find a place for it all and to put it there?
Is the challenge to find a use for it all?
Is the challenge to see if we can recreate/recycle with the same stuff making it ever anew?

What challenges us to spend energy and time moving energy through time? Is that just the essence of life force energy...always on the move to nowhere but the reinvention and recreation of itself?

What about when the reinvention and recreation become nothing more then repetition? What purpose does that serve?

What you think of this is just the product of rearranging and recreating from a personal stance.

I want to know how you FEEL about life after you read through this if you did.
It's all very calming for me to contemplate.  :peace:

Yeah, My conclusion is to wonder what detergent you use? I can't get all the spots out and my whites are sort of yellowish.

Food for thought.

The yellowish is pure and clean in its own yellowish right, yes?

Why do we use detergent? What makes things dirty and unclean?

What force makes things offensive to us in the first place?

I like to overload the washer and put heavy towels on one side so it is like a centrifuge gone bad.

Yellow is normal. White is not normal. Think about it...

"What detergent do you use?"

Detergent costs money. I use water and then hang them out on the line. Don't cost as much that way...

Funny Diploid!

Running with that metaphor, consider this. Detergent chemicals pollute the water worse then the stuff we are washing out with them does. The detergent chemicals are harsh on the environment. The sweat, food and dirt we wash out isn't.

Relate that to when we go cleaning up the dirty world with our moral chemicals. Something to think about. Nature can process the wash water without the detergent. The detergent reaks a lot of havoc to the natural environment.

Forget the wash. You should become one with the filth, realize that the boundries between you and grime, dirt, pus, mites, fungi, dead skin, scabs, lice, bacteria, viruses, fecal matter, motor oil, the chemicals from the poisen ivy, etc. are all arbitrary... embrace the stench and learn to live alone. THIS is the path to enlightenment.

Taking that a little further, when one really wants to save money, detergent, and water, manually cleaning clothes in a bucket with a spritz of detergent works great.

Water is probably the best natural solvent. But, Procter and Gamble would like you to think that Tide white is the only way to go. Not to mention (well OK to mention) that the fragrances in most detergents are very allergenic...

Water is sometimes referred to as 'the universal solvent.' However, by itself it doesn't do much for oils or fats.

Thanks for keeping with what is really the issue here.

Pros;

Fats and Oils serve a purpose in nature right?

In the analogy, they would be the things we judge to be greasy and grimey or in excess storage.

They must have a purpose and use in the big picture too.

Fungus, virus, bacteria and parasites typical attack what has a weakened immune system. Is the problem those things or is it our weakened immunities to them?

This is alllllllll just food for thought.

Yeah, Poison fucking oak. I've got a nice case of it right now. I had to wash everything including the dog, and water fucking will not work.

Also washing things out in a bucket went out with free time.

And I used to have a girlfriend who was into this Indian Guru. She wiped her ass with a rag and washed it out. Now that's some holy shit Batman.

You're not a medical professional are you? An organism can have a very healthy immune system, but still fall prey to these. There is a reason hygienic practices have developed they way they have. There is a reason for waste treatment. There is a reason for disinfection. Extending this concept, that humans have developed certain practices for a reason, provides more food for thought.
