i am trying to isolate a hericium coralloides from spores... the spore have taken awhile to germinate and hericium myc is usually slow growing, even erinaceus... my question is should i seperate the individual strains now that they have just germinated and are relatively easily seperated, or do i wait till they grow out more and pick just the nicest looking ones?
