Yes it is good stuff, soy based is the best I only know of fungi perfeci that carries the soy kind(I have not looked anywhere else)

It improves the strength and growth of the mycelium and the fruit body give it a try

mycelium fruits.com carries it as well, 20$/100gm. no experience with it.

how much of it should be used? anybody else know anything about this? i'm surprised, it sounds like good stuff ;)

It is normally mixed in with malt extract and agar. at about 5 grams per 10 grams agar and 10 grams malt extract.

I used it about 5 grams per 1000ml of h2o and then soaked my rye in it.

can anyone verify a decent increase in rhizo growth using this stuff? i currently use honey to speed colonization, never heard of peptone but am willing to try anything; if i can get claims that it is in fact advantageous. (is that a word?)
