I need to steralize a couple of syringes to suck some LC up into. Can i just boil some water in the Microwave for about 5 min then suck it repeatedly up into the syringe and shoot it out? Maybe even suck up some bleach/water first and slosh it around, then rinse out with boiling water? Does this methodd sound like it would work?

It may work but you are not guaranteed 100%. PC is really the only way to thoroughly and properly sterilize.

Water in a microwave will not get hotter than boiling at 212F (sometimes it'll superheat a few more degrees) and this isn't hot enough to sterilize effectively.
A pressure cooker nominally reaches 250F to sterilize.

brand new syringes are fine. but recycling them is easy on my pocket book. I got a nice big 20 cc with a 14 gauge needle from the TSC (tractor supply store). works great as the neeldle gauge is large enough to allow myc to pass through it without gettign all bunged up. I sterilize by boiling it in water for 15 min. and then let it cool in aluminum foil b4 using it.

No chance. Unless you throw them on a fire.

I have been sterilizing mine with just bleach lately. I dip the syringe needle in bleach, suck up .25cc and pull air in the rest of the way. I just shake the bleach around the syringe and plung up and down a few times. I leave for 20mins and then squirt it all out, wipe the needle with alcohol and stick it in a LC jar. I pull up 12cc from the top with no myc, I squirt this out, and stick it in again and get some proper myc LC the next time. Discarding the first clear 12cc does 2 things. It dilutes the remaining bleach in the syringe so when it is squirted out it leaves only a bare trace of bleach in the syringe (you could do it 2 or 3 times if worried). It also concentrates the LC by removing clear liquid, it is now easier to suck up a syringe with lots of myc as it is more concentrated.
