is there anyway to get rid of the nausea when eating shrooms, my girl friend has the weakest stomach and she needs help

Take a motion sickness pill an hour or so before you trip, some people have had success with that.

Is she getting sick from the taste or just getting a little nauseus as they kick in?

Heres a little trick i enjoy doing.

After eating the mushies, forget about the upcoming trip. Do something else to totally take your mind off it. I have found that this really helps with the "coming up" anxiety and stomach issues.

Or try masking the taste with other food or as suggested a motion sickness pill.

Also, smoking marijuana like 45mins to 1 hour into it REALLY helps with my stomach and starts the trip off in a nice relaxed state of mind.

If you smoke weed, smoke it, it definitly helps.
