Lord knows I feel ya. The only way to really get rid of them is to get some practice not scratching them. Just don't scratch them. Keep focusing on something else.

It'll suck, but once you done it a few times it gets easier.

Dont focus on something else. Use the scratching as yourt focus, and then slowly relax your focus, little by little until you drift off. Belive me it works, i have eczema and this is what i do. Same goes for meidtation, except for the drifitng off part, just use the sensation as your meditation object and whenver you get distracted bring your attention back to the sensation of itchiness until it disapates, it sounds crazy but it really work well.

I think the zen master would tell you that the itch is a test of your ability to focus during meditation.. to become one with the itch.. but it sure does feel good to scratch it huh?

Why not ask someone to sit with you and as soon as you feel the itch he/she can scratch you. Or hire one of those professional scratchers, those guys know where it itches you without you even having to tell them where it is.
