Seen these as I was going home on the bus from work, Can say they were on wood I think. In the pics the stem looks as brown as the cap,its not so really, its whitish. Big cluster of them. I live in MOntreal Quebec.
This is what the shroomery says grow in Quebec : Quebec
Psilocybe caerulipes
Psilocybe quebecensis
Panaeolus subbalteatus

So I dunno, Probably nothing special but figured I'd check. Its been pretty wet here lately.
